Nice stippling and crosshatching. I imagine an illustrator hunched over a table with a Pelikan Graphos pen, a perfectly organized set of a dozen nibs and a straight-edge.
Type: serif might be Goudy Old Style and the MetLife sans is Kabel-esque. The monoline script and block lettering, hand-drawn.
